National Landing

National Landing is a newly defined community encompassing Crystal City, Pentagon City and Potomac Yard in Northern Virginia, across the Potomac River from Washington, DC.

Following an extremely competitive national search, the site has been selected for a new 6M SF Headquarters for Amazon. Nodal assisted JBG Smith and partners in creating the bid that lead to its selection, as well as with current improvements to the neighborhood, including a 5-minute animated tour of the project.
